Lexi Now Recruitment is working with a leading healthcare organization in Manchester to find a Registered Nurse. You'll be building and maintaining high-performance web applications that serve thousands of users daily.

This role offers the chance to take ownership of key features, mentor junior clinicians, and grow into a senior or lead role within a fast-scaling healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services
• Collaborate with frontend engineers and product teams
• Write clean, testable, and well-documented code
• Participate in architecture discussions and code reviews
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex care delivery issues
• Mentor and guide junior clinicians

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional clinical service delivery experience
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript or Python
• Experience with Node.js, REST APIs, PostgreSQL or MongoDB
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and Docker
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent)
